Aerosmith Fastening Systems CB12600CCA 1/2" x 6" Sure-Bolt® Extreme Anchors (Atlantis Coating) (50/Box)

Suitable for installation in CRACKED CONCRETE, UNCRACKED CONCRETE, REINFORCED CONCRETE & STONE.

The Sure-Bolt® Extreme is a one-piece heavy-duty Hex Head screw anchor, comprised of a Carbon steel body that is heat treated and then coated for corrosion resistance. It is available in 3/8, 1/2 and 5/8 diameters up to 6” in length. Just drill the same diameter hole as the anchor body and run the part in with either a corded/cordless impact wrench or a regular hand socket. The anchor threads cut into the concrete on the sides of the hole and interlock with the base material during installation. Suitable base materials include uncracked concrete, cracked concrete, reinforced concrete, and stone. The anchor has also been evaluated by ICC-ES for consistent use and reliability in Cracked and Uncracked concrete, category 1.

The Sure-Bolt® Extreme is an excellent choice for both internal and external applications due to its multiple coating protection. First a layer of zinc is applied to the part, plus two layers of epoxy organic coating to follow. The coating will exceed 700 hours of salt spray before any red rust appears and is suitable for external environments with a service life that exceeds 25 years, making it an excellent choice for external applications. The coating is also resistant to Acids and Alkalis.
