Aerosmith’s Carbon Steel Wedge Anchors are heavy duty mechanical anchors designed for consistent performance in solid concrete or grout filled concrete masonry. The anchor is threaded and comes complete with a nut and washer. The body is made of carbon steel with an expansion clip. Anchor is driven into a pre-drilled hole which is the same diameter as the anchor body. The anchor is set by tightening the nut to the required torque value for optimum performance. To help identify the length of an installed anchor an identification code can be seen visually at the top of the anchor to determine length after the anchor has been installed.
